2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to circumvent security features, uploading fraudulent campaign or creator data, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
5. Intellectual property
ScrollCollab and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including its AI models, design and content. You retain ownership of content you upload.
6. Limitation of liability
ScrollCollab is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScrollCollab after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
